The catering Dolls was established in December 2015 and has developed a reputation for delivering authentic food and excellent service. Our clients now are satisfied with our offers and have reference to the great job we do through bringing us more clients. We have trained our staff in health and hygiene, and we are used to dealing with large, high profile events, where preparation and careful attention to detail matters.
We use the freshest ingredients and maintain a strict quality control through buying 80% of our food locally in the communities we operate in. Only specialist products are sourced externally, and only great suppliers are selected. We have built our reputation through great service delivery to our clients and giving to the customer exactly what they want, every time. That also means that we are happy to work with you each time you have an event that requires a tailored me that is suitable to your needs and event, where the emphasis might be on healthy eating, traditional, gourmet, halaal, local produce or any special dietary requirements.
We run our own deliveries in time, prepare food in our own kitchens unless required to set-up mobile kitchens. In addition to the food, we also provide glasses, crockery, cutlery and may other equipment you might need. When choosing us, we appreciate that you want high quality food, a professional service and best possible value for money. Spit Braai Services
Our Spit braais are from premium A-Grade highest quality meat. You have the option of the kebab spit braai meat with a selection of beef, Pork, Lamb, chicken according to your preference. We also have the Full-lamb spit option.
Corporate Events
From small office meetings and training to large regional events, the ability to have great food delivered on site saves time & money while allowing you to focus on the more important task at hand, your business! Continental breakfasts, box lunches and buffets.
Event Catering
We provide full scale event customized catering for all events big or small. As Full-service caterers not only provide food, but frequently cook it to order on-site. We also provide service personnel at the event, plus all the necessary food-related equipment— china, glassware, flatware, cutlers, tables and chairs, tents, and so forth. We also arrange for other services, like décor and music, as well. In short we execute an entire event, not just the food for it.
